Sonntag Endorses Davidson

On Behalf of WEA’s More Conservative Members #52 Another Democrat Endorses Davidson Davidson is looking like the bipartisan candidate 8.12.20 Brian Sonntag, a Democrat, was WA State Auditor for five terms. Recently, he endorsed State Treasurer Duane Davidson for re-election, rather than endorsing the Democrat. With the three past State Treasurers, that’s the fourth state-wide Democratic officer to endorse Davidson. We’re seeing a trend here. Davidson is looking more and more like the bipartisan candidate. And that’s another reason why I’m supporting Duane Davidson for re-election, even though WEA chose not to endorse him this time. ------ Ken Mortland is a member of WEA-Retired, continuing a long career of activism in WEA/NEA. He is also a lifelong Republican and a member of Mainstream Republicans of WA Board.
